Kobe

Our Japanese-style delight. A rice noodle dish topped with a cornucopia of tender beef (for which Kobe is noted) and beansprouts accented by our special soya sauce.

The City :
The city of Kobe is the traditional gateway by the sea into the country of Japan (also known as Hyogo). It is one of Japan's main ports as it handles 50% of all imports from Asia and 60% of all exports from Japan.
On January 17th, 1995 Kobe experienced an earthquake measured at 7.1 on the Richter scale which leveled the city and sent economical shockwaves throughtout Asia.
